Greeted by Winnie who was so sweet and helpful. The villa is fresh with great AC and amazing views. The pool and gazebo was amazing. The oversized swing was a great place to fall asleep. The tradewinds made the outside so pleasant even though it was July. |

Beautiful villa. Great location with close proximity to Cruz Bay. Everything you could possibly need is available (beach chairs, coolers, towels etc) Loved the layout and separation of the two bedrooms. The outdoor space and pool area were awesome. Would highly recommend this villa. Would also like to thank Destination St. John for the lovely care package of food for our fist night and for the prompt response to our call about the outdoor grill - excellent customer service. This was the perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. |

The house is stunning, especially the views. All the furnishings, kitchenware and linens are very high quality. We had everything we needed to slip into island life. I hope we can come back soon! The welcome basket was so nice & very yummy! |

The villa was fabulous! From the views, the pool & lovely furnishings. Kitchen very well equipped with added bonus of the outdoor grill. We spent most of our time outdoors - can't beat comfortable outdoor furniture! One of the nicest villas we stayed in! Hope to be back!! |

Last time we stayed here (6 months ago in Feb) we got engaged. This time we got married! We love this house so much! The house is beautiful along with the views. The bed swing is where we often find ourselves relaxing. Thanks for having us back! |

Best experience we've ever had on vacation. Villa was clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool area and views were spectacular. Can't wait to plan our next trip to St. John. Absolutely beautiful! The view is incredible. We had a blast & even got engaged this trip. The house was perfect & truly felt right at home this week with a comfy bed/pillows & fully stocked kitchen supplies. It was great, we didn't want to leave. |

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa with an amazing view. A constant breeze, plenty of outdoor seating, near grill, around pool and under a covered deck. There is a lovely backyard area with garden. Bedrooms are very clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable. The wifi worked continuously. Easy drive to Cruz Bay. |

Our family had a wonderful time over Christmas 2021 at Prime 1152! The house is brand new, and the whole property feels absolutely luxurious. There is something wonderful to look at in every direction, from the beautiful garden to the stunning Caribbean! The deck is huge and includes a space for dining, a coffee table with comfortable chairs, a counter height table with stools for dining or cocktails, a fantastic grill (important to us since with COVID we weren't dining out in town), a cushioned loveseat swing, and an incredible pool. The master suite is in a separate building and the privacy cannot be beat! The property manager from Destination St. John was responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay at this property again! |

We loved this property and location! The views were amazing, as were the breezes! Here's what we really loved about the house: the patios, always somewhere to find shade - the gardens: in addition to the beautiful flora, we enjoyed watching the birds, lizards, iguanas, hermit crabs, and mongooses - the kitchen: perfectly equipped for us, and everything was logically laid out, we appreciated this so much - the master bath shower: just ahhhhhh - location: at first we weren't sure since we've always stayed over on Ajax Peak but staying on Maria Bluff was a wonderful experience and gave us a different perspective of the island - the swing chair: a napper's paradise! Love Love Love. I think I spent a total of 2 hours in the living area - it's beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Prime 1152. It was a wonderful experience and gave us a greater appreciation of all St. John has to offer. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances.
