Rates for this are $11,500 Off Season, $14,750 In Season and $18,750 during Holidays.

Rosebay cottage was a great place to stay for 2 weeks on St John. We loved the outdoor area and we had a perfect spot to watch the sunset every night. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again. |

We enjoyed our week at Rosebay. Nice cottage, very clean, kitchen and shower are great. Bed very comfortable. Great view from the balcony. I would make one observation, however. The only reason my rating is not a five star is that the sitting furniture in the living area is extremely uncomfortable. The couch and chair in the living room and the dining room chairs are just tough to sit in for any amount of time. Replace those and the place is perfect! Also, the property does require a bit of a climb from driveway to the door of the cottage. It’s just where it sits in the topography of St. John. No problem for us, bit for guests with any mobility challenges, it would be difficult. |

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. What an amazing view of the sunset & bay! The iguanas resting in our tree was an added bonus. The washer & dryer came in handy. My wife loved the soft sheets and comforter and the hot tub! |

This is a newly remodeled unit, one of four on the property. They are situated so you have good privacy. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay and being able to do laundry is a huge plus. The deck has a great view and sunsets are super from this location. Highly recommend. |

This was our second trip to St. John but our first time at Rosebay. The pictures were beautiful but the reality surpassed those. We really enjoyed watching the boats every morning on the deck with our coffee. When we returned at night we always took time to enjoy the amazing sunsets and the hot tub! The cottage has everything we needed and is beautifully furnished. The bed is extra comfortable. The location is also very convenient. We'll be back! |

Beautiful private villa. The wrap around porch enhanced the gorgeous water views. Our villas had everything we needed. Loved the beachy modern villa vibe. We will definitely recommend Destination St. John Vacation Villas. This was our first trip to St. John, will not be our last. Thank you for the snacks from Sam & Jack's Deli! We did visit them again. |

We had a wonderful time here in St. John & Rosebay Villa! It's a perfect location far enough away from busy Cruz Bay but close enough for easy access. The villa itself is perfect! Beautifully decorated, comfortable & equipped with everything we need. We really appreciated the beach chairs & towels. We loved St. John - what a little piece of paradise! Also, the welcome snacks were very helpful after a day of traveling. |

Beautiful villa with all new furnishings and appliances. Location is idea - very private and close to attractions. The welcome basket with snacks was a pleasant surprise and just what we needed for a late arrival. Booking was easy and staff was helpful. Views are amazing We had everything we needed and more and will definitely return!! |

Wonderfull villa!bay This villa is even better then the photos and description states! Eric, a driver for Destination St John, picked us up at the ferry docks, helped us with our bags, and gave us Island advice-best beaches-restaurants etc…Very nice and helpful! Rosebay villa greeted us with a very clean-wonderful feel with even a welcome bag full of goodies! The few times we called the management company they answered right away-were very helpful and courteous! My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
