Rates for this are $11,500 Off Season, $14,750 In Season and $18,750 during Holidays.

Arriving late on Saturday the gift basket was an awesome surprise . The contents provided for a wonderful meal as we settled into our beautiful villa . The villa was very clean and well stocked . We will definitely book with Destination St.John again. |

We had a wonderful stay at Periwinkle. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was just what we needed as a landing pad. We were staying with 2 other families who stayed in Jasmine & Hawksbill. We can't wait to schedule another visit! This was our first time visiting St. John. |

Beautiful house, great view & location! This was our first time on St. John and it definitely will not be our last! Perfect place for our honeymoon! The house is very well stocked with kitchen essentials, extra toiletries and towels, and LOVED having a washing machine and dryer! House stayed super cool all day and night! Would definitely recommend Periwinkle and Destination St. John to everyone! |

We have had the best stay on St. John and at this villa! The views, outdoor space, pool, swing & garden shower are all amazing! We enjoyed Cinnamon, Trunk, Hawksnest and our favorite Oppenhiemer beach!! We went charter boat fishing and that was so fun and a must! This villa is 5 Star and we will definitely be back! Thanks for the amazing experience!!! |

We loved our stay at Periwinkle this year. We've always stayed at a larger Destination St. John home with friends for the last 20 years but this year chose a "just-us" vacation. Periwinkle was perfect with all the larger home amenities. We will always use Destination St. John when traveling to St. John and make Periwinkle one of our go to villas. |

Destination St. John was such a pleasure to work with, from initial communication to responsiveness to questions during our stay. Periwinkle perfectly suited our needs. It was modern, well equipped, conveniently located and an amazing view over Cruz Bay! It served as a fantastic home base. We loved our week here and would not hesitate to return. Bed was comfortable, ample ceiling fans and AC kept us comfortable. Nicely appointed seating/dining area. |

If there was ever a year to need a vacation, 2020 was it. We just love St. John. We really enjoyed our stay at Periwinkle. Everything was perfect. You have everything you need or would want. We ate out everyday, but the kitchen has all you need. There are beach chairs, towels, and cooler and books on St. John in the villa. We appreciated the washer & dryer also. Periwinkle is so comfortable and the bed is heaven. We started our days eating a cherry turnover from Starfish Market. I'd go look for the iguana that's in the bush below the far left corner off the front deck. After enjoying the morning views we took off to one of the beautiful beaches to enjoy. After a long day out it was great to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunsets also right from our own wrap around deck. Periwinkle is tastefully decorated and updated. The grounds are beautiful. Loved all the varieties of flowers trees and bushes. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to a return visit. |

Modern layout with amazing 280 degree view. The perfect spot for a couple. Everything there was tasteful including the bedding. The wrap around deck and bbq grill were awesome. |

Periwinkle House This property is conveniently located near Cruz Bay for shopping and restaurants and therefore near all the beaches on the island. The house is poised on a hill overlooking Great Cruz Bay and has beautiful views morning or night of the bay, the boats, and the islands. The house is tastefully decorated and well-appointed. All the furniture, kitchen supplies, beds, linens, etc. are top shelf. Recently renovated, it is beautifully done and has all the amenities of home. Wifi, Bose, and television allow you to use your computer and phones without a hitch. The outside grill, table and chairs, and hot tub on the deck are great additions. My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
