Perched on the mountainside, with incredible views of Coral Bay, East End and beyond through the BVI, this lovely new home is truly "all about the view"!
The home boasts a bright and contemporary kitchen, which flows out through the great room. An elegant yet comfortable seating area has ample seating for guests and a flat screen HD television. A dining area in the great room is located to take advantage of the glorious views through 2 sets of large sliding doors that lead out onto the covered deck. With travertine floors and tumbled stone accents, this home has an airy, coastal feel.
A second outdoor dining area offers tradewinds and sunsets, and is equipped with gas BBQ for your grilling needs.
The master bedroom is just off the main living space, with a luxurious king size bed, accented by rich blue accents and deep mahogany furnishings. Best of all, French doors open onto deck with incredible down island views — what better sight to wake up to each morning? This air-conditioned bedroom also offers a bath with double sinks for couples, with beautiful wood countertop.
Accessed by an exterior staircase, the lower, second master also offers air conditioning, king bedding and private bath ensuite, which assures privacy for two couples. Best of all, it also has the same glorious views to wake up to, or watch the moon sparkle over Coral bay on a crystal clear evening.
A wonderful new pool completes this beautiful home, placed to take advantage of sun and views, while offering sunbathing privacy.
All About the View is located in the perfect location, high up and less than a quarter mile beyond iconic Chateau Bordeaux. It is away from it all, but close and convenient to north shore beaches and picturesque Coral Bay, and only a quick 15 minute drive to Cruz Bay and its many shops and restaurants. This home is a perfect spot for one or two couples or a small family with older children. It is a rare combination of luxury feel in a two bedroom property, offering all of the amenities... but more than anything else, it's All About the View!

This villa was lovely and the views spectacular. It was quiet and private. Kitchen was well stocked and we really appreciated the welcome basket in the fridge. We enjoyed the location on Bordeaux Mt. with a short drive to our favorite beach, Maho. We have been to STJ many times and stayed in a variety of villas with garden showers. I have to say that we didn’t enjoy this master br shower on the upper level at all. The location of the house high up on the mountain was conducive to being extremely windy and chilly. The shower was not protected at all...no roof. Therefore when showering, we were very cold and had no shelter from the rain. (We had a lot of rain showers while we were there.) Also due to the heavy winds that were always on our deck, we could not enjoy eating meals on old deck while enjoying the gorgeous views. Unfortunately, that was a deal,killer for us. Although the villa was very nice in ever other aspect,I mod the think we would rent it again do to the wind. |

The house was just what we needed and the view is stunning. We had a couple of issues, but the management company was prompt to resolve them. ...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
