The villa has been totally re-imagined and offers everything you could want in the perfect vacation villa… and so much more!
Formerly known as Vistaero, this home now shares the same view as its predecessor, but with so many upgrades, improvements and embellishments, Deja View feels like you've arrived at a chic and exclusive private resort.
Beginning with the addition of the 800 sq. foot Bunk/Game/Media room, this six bedroom six ½ bath Caribbean villa now sleeps 17 people providing the perfect location for reunions, multiple family vacations, work retreats and weddings.
Six couples can enjoy six private king bedrooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms or five couples have a place to vacation knowing the kids have a great separate space to sleep, relax and play in the Bunk/Game/Media room.
Each of the bedrooms has an incredible ocean view. All five bedrooms are positioned for privacy and furnished with luxury King four-poster bedroom sets, decorator touches, 55" HD TVs and elegant ensuite bathrooms.
The great room features an incredible open kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite surfaces and a large and elegant island. The kitchen steps into a soaring living space with indoor dining for up to 17, and comfortable seating in front of a 60" HD TV on a colorful, oversized sectional sofa. The room is anchored by a soaring, white quartz decorative fireplace.
The outdoor living space is equally spectacular, with over 5,000 sq. feet of resort style ambiance, including a huge pool with infinity water fall and additional water features. Multiple seating areas on various levels offer guests a myriad of lounging options in cushioned luxury. Coral Stone decks and glass tile accents echo the feeling of sky, beach and sea. A large Jacuzzi is perched on the corner of the deck, overlooking vistas from St. Croix to St Thomas to Puerto Rico in the distant west, a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beaches. A completely equipped outdoor kitchen and wet bar including commercial grade ice maker will assure you never need to leave this incredible space.
The addition of a wonderful bunk/game/media room offers plenty of room to stretch out, with one king and 5 extra long twin bunks, each with their own private space, perfect for children or adult singles alike. A 70 inch media system and huge sky blue Italian leather sectional sofa, as well as a billiards table complete this incredible space. Like the other bedrooms, this air conditioned room boasts views overlooking St Croix, Rendezvous Bay, and Ditleff Point. Even the ensuite bathroom features a shower with two windows overlooking St. Thomas and the beautiful blue ocean below, and is tiled in an elegant glass mosaic pattern from floor to ceiling.
This spacious house is now 4,671 sq. feet under roof and 5,000 sq. feet outdoor living area. The amenities at Deja View are incredible! The newly renovated pool is 24 x 34 and offers infinity edge and multiple water features. In fact the entire property has been incredibly well thought out and designed to offer guests the best experience possible. The deck has been completely redesigned and expanded and offers a separate drop down sunning deck in front of the expansive, sparkling blue glass infinity edge waterfall perfect for soaking in the ever changing vistas.

We had a group of five couples stay in February. Check in was easy and the greeter met us at the ferry dock. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for everyone to have their own space and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we were extremely happy with all the amenities. The hot tub and pool were thoroughly enjoyed by our crew. The sunsets stole the show every evening. The drive up to the house is slightly challenging at first but after the first few days everyone felt extremely comfortable with it. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups! Planning on coming again! |

The best villa! Comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Views were to die for. We had 2 issues due to a power outage during our stay and the management company was quick to respond & remedy the situation. Much better equipt than we anticipated...we brought shampoo, toilet paper, soap ect, expecting to run out and we were far from ever running out. Loved the pool! Awesome having an ice maker, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, a bathroom for each bedroom and kings in each bedroom. Ping pong table was a hit! We loved watching iguanas on the trees every day surrounding the house - so amazing! We would love to come back some day! We will definitely recommend Deja View to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! |

Spectacular views and beautiful touches made this home the perfect vacation spot on St. John. Eight grandchildren delighted in the bunkroom and the grown-ups enjoyed many dinners on the terrace with the stars. Our family of 13 were mesmerized by the views, astonished by the space and appreciated all the attention to detail. We have stayed at several awesome St. John properties but have never been able to eat/sit at the same table. The tile work throughout the property was amazing, the colors in the rooms were fun and festive, the huge pool, pool deck, pool bar and covered decks were used everyday. We even enjoyed when it rained because we could watch the storms roll through and were under cover! I can't express how much our family enjoyed Deja View and hope to come back soon! We did have one afternoon when the water power was out (which was explained that this (island outages) could happen)- we called and house maintenance was there within 15 minutes. He was prompt, pleasant and professional. Thank you again from our family! |

We have been renting villas for years and this is by far the best villa we have ever rented. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, etc. Bernard and the rest of the people that manage the house do an excellent job. |

We celebrated my 40th birthday there along with some of my best friends and our children. There were 14 of us. This villa couldn't be more perfect. The pictures are spot on! Beds super comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to be together yet have their own space. Only a 10 minute drive into town for restaurants, bars, grocery shopping and yacht rentals. We will be back again for sure! |

My family and I had a magnificent stay at Deja View - yes all 17 of us. We had 8 adults and 9 children (ranging in age from 9 - 23) and everyone enjoyed. The bunk room was a big hit with the kids - they had their own space! Each bunk had their own shelf space, electrical outlet to charge their devices, and a fan! The views were breathtaking. We ate outside every night at the table that accommodated all 17 of us. The outside space was wonderful - pool, outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and hammock. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy for multiple people to work in. Anytime we needed anything, Destination St. John was there to service us - more beach chairs, etc. We would definitely go back. Once we got used to the drive up to the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! Deja View will not disappoint. |

..Our expectations were high, but they were all exceeded!! The bedrooms were perfect and accommodating with everything that you could ask for. Our granddaughters loved the Bunk Room. They used it as their “playhouse”. The kitchen was outstanding and so well equipped. The outdoor areas of Deja View are awesome. Another important consideration is the staff we worked with. They were more than outstanding. The communications were always clear and concise. We were met at the dock, escorted to the Villa, showed around and made very comfortable. It seemed like all we had to do is make a call and someone was there promptly. As an example, the ice maker in the outdoor kitchen suddenly stop producing ice. I called the office and shortly one of your technicians was there. He reset the unit and said he would return to check on it. Sure enough he did, but he also brought two bags of ice just in case. That is service!!... |

We decided to book this house after a lot of research and consideration. This was our family vacation for the year and we traveled with 10 adults and 1 toddler. This house was more beautiful thank you can imagine. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. It is rare that a place exceeds your expectations, but Deja View certainly did. We had the most wonderful vacation including awesome views, tons of amenities, all of the rooms were beautifully decorated and the entire place was clean and comfortable! We really can't say enough about this amazing house but we would definitely revisit in the future!! |

We rented Deja View to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday and invited our 3 kids and 6 grandchildren to enjoy the week with us. Deja View was perfect in every way. From the extremely well appointed bedrooms to the pool, hot tub, views to die for and the most well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens---there were no needs that were not provided for. The property is perfectly maintained and the family dinners each night on the deck were a focal point--especially the views. The bunk room where the kids slept was their favorite place to escape. All of the beaches are within 15 minutes drive and are outstanding. Deja View was the best place we have vacationed--by unanimous family vote. |

Deja View is amazing. Our group of 12 had a blast. The views are incredible both day and night. The kitchen is very well appointed. We utilized the outdoor kitchen, bar, pool and jacuzzi as much as we could along with the outdoor dining table. The outdoor speakers allowed us to enjoy our cocktails with Buffett, Kenny Chesney and others playing in the background. Even though we were on vacation, the wifi there was very beneficial. We were able to share the views and fun with our families back home. We did lose power for a little while one morning, but we knew that may happen. It was fun to spot the Iguanas below sunning in the trees. We hated to leave, but we will be back. |

We rented this house as a group of ten. Based on the photos, we had high expectations, and the place did not disappoint. The accommodations were excellent. Beds extremely comfortable. Good hot water in the showers. Rooms immaculately clean. Breeze was fantastic in the evenings. The kitchen was STOCKED with cookware, glassware, silverware, tupperware, wine openers, blenders, grilling utensils, etc. We used the outdoor kitchen to cook most of our meals. The ice maker kept up with our needs. The pool and spa were also very clean. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and in great condition, with more seating available than we had people there to use it. There was plenty in the sun for those who wanted it, and plenty in shady areas with comfortable lounge furniture as well. For trips to the beach, the house is stocked with about ten beach chairs, multiple coolers, and a plethora of beach towels. Recommend highly!!! |

Beautiful, wonderful, fabulous vacation villa! It was fully appointed with all the amenities any large group will need to have for the vacation of a lifetime. The very well-stocked kitchen items, including plenty of plates, cups, silverware and 3 dishwashers - blenders, pots and pans, bowls and small appliances are all you would look for in a gourmet kitchen. Towels, paper items (toilet paper/paper towels), beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are all provided. The pool is magnificent and well lit, with waterfall and infinity edge. The view is spectacular and the villa is beautiful! |

My family stayed at Deja View in May and we have not stopped thinking about the wonderful week we had. We had 10 people in our party ranging from age 20 to 86 and it was a perfect week. The house passed every expectation we could ever have and we have already started thinking about when we will return. St. John was a beautiful and special place but this house made it even more special. |

Just to start, what a view! Our expectations were set high based on web pictures only to be exceeded when we reached the property. This house takes outdoor living to a new level...shade and sun! (huge pool, jacuzzi, ping pong, outdoor kitchen/bar and lots of seating) We ate all our meals at the large outdoor "table with a view" It was addicting. Let's talk bunk room...this is what we have been looking for...one of a kind game, media and comfortable sleeping area! It was a hit with our teens and college kids. Fantastic week! |

Wow! Deja View has outstanding views and every convenience, comfort, and luxury imaginable. We absolutely loved lounging and eating on the decks, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing ping pong and billiards. The views of Rendezvous Bay, St. Thomas, and St. Croix were unbeatable; and the sunsets were the most exquisite of any we have ever seen! Our family loves to cook and thoroughly enjoyed having everything we needed to prepare our meals in the huge indoor kitchen. Everyone enjoyed hanging out in the fun, colorful outdoor kitchen/ bar area by the pool. All the bedrooms were beautifully furnished and decorated and have their own private baths, but the truly unique room for our family was the bunk room! What a great idea! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back to Deja View! |

This vacation with Family and Friends will be remembered for years. The views were incredible, the island was so much fun, and having such an amazing place to stay was the icing on the cake. The attention to detail is amazing! Even with 13 people we never felt crowded, if anything we felt like we weren't using all of the space, They did an unbelievable job redoing this property. Everything was extremely first class. Beautiful outside kitchen over looking incredible views. Not to mention the pool and hot tub. One of the best places I've ever stayed. My friends and family could not believe how nice Deja View was. I could have spent my entire vacation just relaxing on one of the back patios, just relaxing. There is so much to do on the island. The beautiful beaches, snorkeling, beach bars, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. Also we went on an excursion to the BVI. It was great. This spot is definitely on may do again list. What an incredible vacation!! I will be Back!! |

This house was beyond any expectations that we had. The View is amazing. The villa was perfect beyond words. ... absolutely every amenity that one could think of was provided. We were one of the first guests to stay at the house after the major renovation. This house is beautiful and the views are totally breathtaking. We have been to St. John for three family vacations and Deja View was by far the best accommodations. This property offers something for everyone from the amenities, to the in-house entertainment, to the incredible views. Between the swimming pool, ping-pong table, and bunk room pool table, the young adults in our group were just as happy at the house as they were at the beaches. The spacious size of the house and outdoor living area accommodated our family of 17 comfortably. We all enjoyed watching the sunsets over St. Thomas from the Jacuzzi. The teenagers enjoyed using the airplay/iPhone stereo around the pool. Our family was truly impressed with Deja View and can't wait to return. Fantastic Vacation!" |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |
