We had a wonderful time at Ambiance! The view was incredible and made sunsets at the pool the perfect way to end each day. The villa was spacious and gave our party of 3 families plenty of space. Thanks for a fabulous week!!! |

Our family of 10 LOVED our stay at Ambiance! Destination St. John was very easy and pleasant to work with. We were greeted at our car rental location and escorted to the villa. The villa smelled and looked freshly cleaned and were greeted with fresh flowers and a basket of goodies from a local deli. Ambiance has an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean. The outside spaces and infinity pool were to die for. Ambiance has 4 master suites and a sleeping loft which was plenty of space for our party of 10. The outdoor showers, the sound system, the beach towels and the beach chairs were just a few of the amenities that we were very happy to have. Ambiance is up in the hills (again, the views!) but grocery shopping is within a couple of minutes away and town is only a 5 minute drive. We would definitely rent through Destination St. John again! |

Ambiance was amazing! We very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. We spent hours on the patios & deck while swimming & watching the sunset. Some of our favorites about the villa were the pool, outdoor showers, all the beach chairs for use & THE VIEWS!! |

Our party of 10 had a fabulous time during our recent stay at Ambiance. First of all, the staff at Destination St. John was so easy to work with. We had several changes and requests regarding our stay and they were always so patient and accommodating. The house itself was perfect for our group providing lots of room and privacy when needed. Everyone loved the pool and we all spent lots of time in it. The loft and the hot tub was a big hit with the kids. There was also a great ice maker in the laundry room that was greatly appreciated. The views from this house are beautiful and I would highly recommend this house to larger groups. |

Our family loved staying at this Villa. The location was perfect and so was the view. It was beautiful on the inside and probably the best pool we have ever had. The best part is everything we wanted to use worked (hot tub, Bluetooth/outdoor speakers, wifi, cable, etc). We would definitely stay again. Family of 5 with kids ages 16,10, and 7 |

LOVED the villa - WOW! It's always a little scary booking online for a house but Ambiance was even better than the photos! We were here to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. Everything we could need was here for our stay and we want to come back with the kids in tow for a family vacation. |

I stayed here with some family members to celebrate some very special anniversaries for 8 days in March 2016 and it's a vacation that will be difficult to beat. Regarding the house - i'm just going to list out some of the strengths of this property: Incredible views, very private setting (only prying eyes were the iguanas chilling by the pool!), great lounging areas - both shaded and in the sun, AC in bedrooms, private outdoor showers. Great pool, nice new grill, good spacing for bedrooms. Easy access to food/beer markets and into Cruz Bay. Great exposure as the sun started hitting the pool by about 7:30-8AM and didn't go away until after the lovely sunset over the hills of St. Thomas in the distance. only one negative - lack of an iPod docking station. a simple Bose (or other) iPod dock would make this house absolutely perfect. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful house with us. I will (and have) recommended this house to friends. |

Ambiance is a great place for a family or friends get together. Beautiful inside and out and the location is perfect and so easy to get to. We highly recommend using the management company Destination St. John to rent this Villa, we have used them for the past 8 years and they are simply the best!!! |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
