We enjoyed our stay! Nothing beats the view from the balcony! Having beach equipment was a bonus. We had everything we needed. Communication was great - everything was appreciated. |

Loved our stay at Blue Seas (Lavender Hills)! Convenient 5-minute walk to downtown. Beautiful views and amazing sunsets. Condo was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Appreciated having beach chairs, towels and coolers to use during our stay. Pool was great for taking a dip after the beach. Access to the laundry room was an added bonus. Got a chance to meet the lovely owners while we were there too. |

First time on St. John. This location is absolutely the best with amazing views and easy walk into town. Very comfortable place with most things in unit. We really enjoyed the pool and use of grill. The views are outstanding and exterior maintenance and grounds were impeccable. |

Blue Seas is a charming condo. Well equipped with everything you will need. It's located walking distance of downtown Cruz Bay, and has beautiful vistas. Destination St John was very accommodating, met us at the ferry when we arrived and took us and our luggage to Blue Seas. There is a common pool area and shared laundry facilities. I highly recommend Blue Seas. |

Location, location, location! What a charming condo, very well stocked with everything you could need. Located right in the town of Cruz Bay, you can walk to everything. Took taxi's to several different beaches, we didn't need to rent a car. Very clean and views are gorgeous! The pool was refreshing and having laundry on site is a bonus. 02/24/2020 at 8:37 PM |

Great views and location! We are so happy we stayed here in Blue Seas and would do so again! The condo has a wonderful view of the water and nearby islands. The balcony is spacious and offers privacy on both sides. The condo has two small coolers, beach chairs, towels, and plenty of books to read. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bedroom has a king bed, nice closet with hangers, and blackout shades if you like sleeping in. The bathroom/shower is good. The water pressure is a little weak, but water preservation is important on the island. The pool is nice to meet other guests or if you’re not feeling the beach that day. There is a washer/dryer on site near the pool too. There’s plenty of parking if you rent a car, but honestly the taxis are very easy to use, especially if you’re going to the north shore beaches. My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
