The Point was a fantastic house for our trip with 4 adult couples. Amazing, panoramic view. Excellent outdoor living spaces, beautiful and fairly equal bedrooms, nice artwork, wonderful outdoor showers. Would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. |

Our second time at The Point. A very comfortable home with spectacular views. The rooms were all special in their own way. The outdoor showers are a real bonus. A great place for family and friends. |

We have been coming to St. John for 25 years and this is the best place we have stayed!! Such care was taken when building this home to capture the stunning view from every part of the house. Outside space makes you feel as if you are part of the ocean and its surroundings! We will surely miss the Point! |

Outstanding villa overlooking the sea! The waves crashing against a rock formation directly below the villa provided a soothing environment. Views of the lights on St Thomas at night were incredible! |

We were 6 couples so we rented the entire complex (Main house and Cottage). It worked out perfectly for all of us. The main house is absolutely amazing, would rent it again and again!! Although many homes around it and close, it is very private. There are 4 beautiful, private bedrooms with amazing views, lots of closet space, large 2 sink bathroom and the most amazing outdoor showers. The outdoor living space is very spacious and plenty of room for seating, privacy, shade or swimming in the most beautiful pool overlooking the blue caribbean ocean. The kitchen is small but it is very well stocked and wasn't an issue for us. The cottage worked well for us, but not much time was spent there as the main house was the common space. Spacious cute cottage with a nice view, 2 large bedrooms, bathrooms and beautiful outdoor showers. Quaint kitchen very good usable space. One minor issue: I would of liked to know that the cleaning people were coming into the house on a certain day. |

This home is even more beautiful than illustrated and very well appointed. Having four masters worked perfectly and with them being detached from the main house, offered the utmost privacy. Standing anywhere in this home provided a spectacular view even if it was of the garden. Our only problem was getting ourselves to leave it for any reason. It was a perfect vacation and we can’t wait to go back. |

My wife and I have made many trips to St John over the last 20 years. We have used several different agencies and also booked directly from villa owners. One thing we have come to expect is the island moves at a different pace than the mainland. However, the team at Destination St John turned that expectation upside down on our most recent visit. We decided to use our grill one night but discovered it was out of gas. They delivered a full tank the next morning! This is just one example. All interaction with them was prompt and courteous from initial booking to checkout. We will definitely be using them for future visits. |

...The staff at Destination St. John were very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond to our (literally) last minute request. They had the villa cleaned & ready the next day, with a staff member ready to meet us & show us to the villa...they even put a very nice welcome basket of food/snacks in the refrigerator. Another villa rental company sent me a rude email saying they were too busy to schedule a cleaning service...I'm so glad we stayed with DSJ...Great service!...I plan to use them exclusively in the future. |

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless property can be re-committed for reserved dates. If property is recommitted for your dates, a 15% service fee will apply. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances. We STRONGLY urge you to purchase travel insurance.
