This 3 bedroom home offers everything you need for a St John holiday. Broad decks invite you to relax and enjoy the panoramic vistas that mezmerize with bright aqua waters and golden sunsets, that give way to an inky sky filled with a million jewels. Cool off in the pool, or enjoy a sundowner in the large spa.

Inside you will find air conditioned comfort, though you may prefer to open the house up to the soothing Caribbean tradewinds. Features include high ceilings, large fans, rattan furniture, tiled floors, flowers, a bamboo tree and palms. Exposed beam ceilings, colorful artwork, and potted plants against crisp white walls enhance the clean, tropical feeling of the house.

Three bedrooms on separate levels offer excellent privacy for three couples or a family. The large master bedroom on the main floor opens onto the gazebo deck with a spectacular view through a graceful arch. It has a king size bed, a daybed with a rollaway, a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a unique shower garden.

The well equipped kitchen adjoins the great room. Clean and bright, it opens into the living space so the e cooks can enjoy views of the water as they prepare meals or island drinks. Step outside and enjoy your meals al fresco in the beautiful dining gazebo, while enjoying the everchanging views.

Perfect for couples or those with small children. Lie in bed and enjoy the sunset view or the lights of St. Thomas while the whispering surf lulls you to sleep.

The second and third poolside bedrooms also have ocean views, large closets and large showers. Tropical gardens surround the home and give it a lush private ambiance. With wifi, air conditioning and all the creature comforts, this lovely home is priced to delight! Sundance is available to rent on its own, or together with Moonsong for larger parties of up to 14 guests.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
