There are 5 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom.

The villa is designed to be comfortable and provide a true Caribbean experience with sounds of the surf, birds, lots of flowers and fruit trees.

An easy path leads from the villa to Chocolate Hole Bay for excellent snorkeling and swimming.

There is also a private pool and large indoor Jacuzzi.

Two decks provide both sun and shade.

There is a second mini-kitchen with a second refrigerator by the pool.

The upper deck has a large table and is the perfect spot for dining under the stars.

With a constant breeze from the easterly trade winds, ceiling fans and louvered windows, Seagate Villa truly provides a real Caribbean haven for friends and family to come together for a wonderful Caribbean vacation.

Seagate Villa is a non-smoking villa.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
