Spread between two separate buildings Belvedere offers guests 3 spacious, air conditioned bedrooms and baths, two of which are identical with private balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

A large and inviting great room invites you to sit and chat, watch the game, or simply take in those spellbinding views. The indoor and outdoor living space flows seamlessly, for easy Caribbean living.

Perched on the edge of a cliff, 150 above the Caribbean Sea, Belvedere has a lovely central courtyard with a sparkling pool, hot tub and ample decks to soak in the sun.

Watch the sun set and search for the elusive "green flash", then retreat to the main house for dinner and conversation. Later, retreat to your bedroom and enjoy the twinkling lights of St. Thomas in the distance before retiring to air conditioned comfort to recharge for the next days adventures.

Belvedere is a non-smoking villa.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
