The villa sits on a hill with unobstructed views of Great Cruz Bay and beyond over Pillsbury Sound with colorful sunsets over St. Thomas to the west.

The spacious great room and open kitchen have a rich and elegant island décor, and flow out through large arched doorways to a breezy covered veranda where you can enjoy your dinner and refreshments and study the horizon for that elusive green flash.

Palm Hill has an inviting pool centrally located outside the great room, for a quick dip after a day at our world renowned beaches. The bedrooms offer king or twin beds and elegant bathrooms ensuite with built-in closets and showers with Caribbean views.

Palm Hill's location on Maria Bluff is the best of all worlds, conveniently close Cruz Bay and the North Shore, but secluded in a quiet residential neighborhood with a view that goes on forever. Palm Hill is one of our most popular villas with its view, location and elegance!

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
