	The living space is both welcoming and luxurious, with a huge open kitchen with custom cabinetry and stone countertops. With a style all its own, it has a unique brick ceiling and a stately column in the center island. The living and dining areas are equally elegant with natural marble flooring and French doors opening out onto the outdoor living space.A bubbling hot tub is tucked away on to the upper level for your star watching enjoyment..
Refresh yourself with a cool drink from the wet bar and take a dip in the free form pool and enjoy the ever-changing vistas of sky and sea to the west. Prepare dinner alfresco on the built-in stainless steel grill and watch the sun sink low on a crimson sea. Later, retreat to the privacy of a bubbling hottub, tucked into a balcony on the second floor and soak your worries away, watching for shooting stars.

In season dates are 12/15 - 4/14 and requires a one week minimum stay.

Off season dates are 4/15 - 12/14

Holiday dates are 12/20 - 1/3 and require a 10 day minimum stay.

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY

A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency.
